Treatment at BLACKHORSE PSYCHIATRY begins with an initial evaluation. After that, periodic follow-up appointments will be scheduled as needed.

• New Patient Evaluation (60 minutes): $595

• Follow-Up Appointment (30 minutes): $275

Established patients will receive additional, detailed information about costs.

All payments are made by credit card. Established patients are required to keep a credit card on file with the practice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full visit cost.
